What in the world is this thing?

I missed it, but my daughter saw it going into half-time of the Arsenal - Hull City game today.

Oh yeah, and Hull came back to beat Arsenal 2-1. Meanwhile, after the game, Arsenal skipper Arsene Wenger was so upset that he referred to Hull as "West Brom".
