Things my Father and Theo Walcott have in Common

Theo Walcott

My dad (Andy)

  • They both failed their driving test the first time
  • They are both national favorites (of different nations), due to their "charm and boyish good looks."
  • They both root for sports teams because it was the team their dad rooted for
  • Their favorite sports teams both wear red and white
  • They have both shouted so loud, they assume they "woke the entire village."
  • They are both more afraid of their boss than their dad

(Note from Andy: For those of you who don't know, both Theo Walcott and I are mid-fielders for Arsenal -- he just gets a lot more playing time than I do.)
